The stainless steel product in Kanghong passed the European PED certification, which means that our stainless steel product obtain the passport to enter pressure stainless steel pipe market in Europe. From now on, carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel products produced by Kanghong Oil pipe have obtained PED certification.

The European PED certification team came to Kanghong to audit the quality assurance system, production capacity and product testing capacity in our stainless steel mill at the end of May and sample the TP304, TP316L, S32205 and other materials of stainless steel pipe on site. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, ultrasonic testing and other tests were witnessed and complied with the requirements of the relevant PED specifications.

The full name of PED certification is " European Pressure Equipment Directive ", which is a mandatory regulation issued by EU member states on the safety of pressure equipment. After obtaining this certification, the products produced by Kanghong can be directly exported to European countries, and also can be issued the EN 10204 3.1 material certificate that meets the requirements of the EU.
