1、 Insight into demand and technological breakthroughs. Traditional boiler tubes are prone to forming steam films in high-pressure and high-temperature environments, leading to a sudden drop in heat transfer efficiency and even causing tube wall burnout. Our company focuses on this market pain point and innovatively upgrades the inner wall spiral structure through fluid dynamics simulation; This structure can disturb the flow of the medium, break the laminar boundary, and significantly improve the heat exchange efficiency under nucleate boiling conditions. According to the on-site working conditions, the customer selected SA-213 T12 high alloy material to ensure the stability of the equipment in high temperature and high pressure environments. The heat transfer efficiency was successfully increased by more than 28%, and the temperature distribution of the pipe wall was effectively balanced. Currently, the batch of products has been successfully delivered.  

2、 Rigorous manufacturing and standard protection. This product development strictly follows the national standard GB/T20409-2018 and the American standard ASME. From raw material screening to precision machining, every step is rigorously inspected; The forming process of internal threads adopts cold drawing spinning technology to ensure precise control of the depth and spacing of the spiral line, greatly reducing the sensitivity of the pipe body to manufacturing tolerances and providing an adaptive solution for ultra supercritical boilers.
