In early April 2025, our company received an inquiry from a customer who urgently needed one piece of 15CrMo material, 96 * 3.5mm high-precision cold drawn seamless tube. Due to the requirement of steel pipe accuracy exceeding the national standard GB/T3639-2021 and the T1 level accuracy of the Ministry of Energy NB/T47019-2021 standard, the sales department organized various departments to conduct a comprehensive review of the technical requirements; After multiple rounds of equipment debugging and process improvement, all indicators of the finished product met the customer's needs. After smooth delivery, the customer confirmed mass production. As of the end of June, a total of 318.56 tons had been delivered, which met the customer's needs with high quality and quantity, and received high praise from the end owner.

In 2019, our company began the layout and construction of a green factory, investing in the construction of a new anti-seepage automated acid washing workshop, and carrying out noise reduction renovations on all equipment in the factory. The commissioning of wastewater, acid waste, acid mist exhaust gas, and dust collection and treatment devices has greatly improved the factory environment.
